All our products are handmade to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at leilaconceptstore@gmail.com with photos of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
